Arthur Mugisha is currently General Secretary MUASA Social Support Fund, Deputy General Secretary MUASA and former Chair Welfare MUASA. He is an Assistant Lecturer in the College of Education & External Studies in the Institute of Open Distance &eLearning. He is an eLearning champion attached to MTSIFA and an eLearning coordinator of CEES. Arthur is currently pursuing his Doctorate at Makerere University.
Arthur is highly organised, committed to his tasks, straight in his approach to issues, time conscious and God loving. He is a family man and happily married to a woman.
Arthur is a researcher within Makerere University and has so far won two competitive grants with MakRif sponsored by the government of the Republic of Uganda.
1. Comprehensive Evaluation of Blended Learning Uptake at Mak (2021/2022). This was using the learners lens in the evaluation and targeted only undergraduate students. A framework was designed bearing in mind the global Khans framework of BL
